  I had called Mr. Rhodes office to see if I could get some advice. I had a civil matter, and his receptionist had advised me that Mr. Rhodes didn't handle the type of case I had, but wanted to know the details so she could point me in the right direction. Of course I told her what I was needing and I've NEVER been spoken down to and judged so very harshly in my life. She had me nearly in tears. As I was getting off the phone with her, I said "I'll just call another attorney." Her response? "Shh, yeah, good luck with that.." and proceeded to hang up on me. If that is the type of people this lawyer decides to employ, than I truly from the bottom of my heart don't believe he would work for the greater good. I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT FINANCIAL AIDE!!!! You would have thought I'd murdered someone! Some people are just not cut out to work with the public. I feel sorry for these people that they have to be so completely and utterly rude and mean to a complete stranger. NEVER again.

  I hired Mr. Rhodes to defend me in a reckless driving charge. I am from Washington DC so I received in the mail several attorneys information for representation purposes however Mr. Rhodes came highly recommended through a family friend and I added him to my list of calls to make. Haven spoken with several of the other attorneys and with Mr. Rhodes I found him to be the one that was openly honest with the discussion of my charges and what my consequences could be;no beating around the bush; no "BS." My gut told me that he was the one and was he! I could not ask for a better attorney to represent me. He was timely, informative, skilled, confident, trust worthy and on point. I also observed in the courtroom the respect many had for him. An additional plus was his administrative assistant Ms. Leane Yopp. She was very pleasant,patient and helpful when I called for information. I would hire Mr. David Rhodes to defend me in any legal proceedings I was involved in if I could. I would without any hesitation recommend Mr. Rhodes to anyone and be confident in knowing he would put his "best foot forward" for you. Mr. Rhodes is the man!
